> Insufficient visibility on incoming/outgoing shipments at our manufacturing sites and warehouses, complicating operations/production planning

SOLUTION

After an initial test we went live incrementally on Automated's modules: first we implemented transport orders, then spot transport sourcing, and lastly time slot booking. The full implementation took us 4 hours, including user and partner invitations and site setups. Now we have several closed carrier groups in the application to cover all our business requirements. We enjoy a truly automated supply chain - we only have to send in the transport orders and everything else is automatic. We trust Automated has the best offering on the market when it comes to supply chain collaboration.
